mikayla41 days agoI handed Mark a large difficult case including 3 felonies and 2 misdemeanors. My nursing license was unfortunately suspended in the process due to the pending felony charges. Mark worked diligently to get the felony charges dismissed so my nursing license could be reinstated. He elevated the case to the chief of the state’s attorneys office and ultimately got all felonies dismissed and my nursing license reinstated! He has the knowledge and ability to handle the large difficult cases with a lot of moving parts. He also has the connections you need in DuPage County to receive a favorable outcome. He even went out of his way to contact the prosecutor with the nursing board to coordinate efforts and put in a good word. He responded to me within minutes and is very calming and reassuring when you are going through a difficult time. Mark was great from the beginning, during our initial conversation on the phone. He walked me through various options, which even included not being represented. As needed, Mark would provide his professional opinion, which helped ease my anxiety about the situation (traffic court). In the moment, October 2023, we weren’t happy with the results and being dramatic. He went above and beyond for us. We were younger and didn’t realize the gravity of our situation. Although we did not get the ideal outcome but at lease it was not as bad as I presume, it’s really due to my complicated situation we couldn’t get the prosecutor to lower the sentence but he did manage a pretty decent outcome.
